Monday the 23rd of Feb, 2009 will be remembered as being a start of new GUI (Graphical User Interface) feel for the Karachi Stock Exchange official website i.e; www.kse.com.pk. Clear and Simple Design, which includes a lot of new features like dynamic minute based updates in graphical representation of all indexes. Much better font has really made a big difference, but I would say the base or theme color is neither attractive nor professional, you should not put orange to an official site.

Main / Home page Layout is quite good which neatly divided with menus, announcements, marque bar with recent update of leading scrips, superb graphs with the minute based updates, market highlights and top stories. Very well organised, but on the whole the feel does matter which has destroyed by orange color - Personal opinion -: )

And except of main page, you can see all those previous links in new and updated design where font has an highest impact at all. Its bigger, clearer and actually quite appealing. Trade screen, market tracker, market summary and others are all there as usual.

One huge thing that is really missing and needed to implement in KSE official web portal is live market updater for each and every share, which has already been implement by live securities for their members only, but its only 15 scripts interface that is totally on user choice, which is good. If KSE official website will include this, I am sure this would be the complete and best package for the traders ever. Because, the data bank www.kse.com.pk provides, no one else provide. They have massive database with the heavy recent and quick updates.

Also, we have seen couple of good week for karachistock exchange (KSE) trading, and I wish it would remain like this for ever, as we have seen many bank corrupcy in our investor’s circle, who have lost every thing, it should be the start of new opening Inshallah, we can only hope for the best!…
